- A very active EV club in the Denver area, with a good newsletter.
- EAA National
- The Electric Auto Association is the largest and oldest club for electric car enthusiasts. Visit the site for the national organization, and find the chapter nearest you.
- EAA Phoenix
- The Phoenix chapter of the Electric Auto Association has a great site, even if you don't live anywhere near Phoenix. It's well-designed, and full of useful information.

- A very active EV club in the Washington, DC area.

- U. S. Battery
- This is the battery we use and recommend. The company has been historically friendly to owners of home-built EV conversions since before it was fashionable, when other battey companies wouldn't give you the time of day.
- Gorilla Vehicles
- The Gorilla is an ATV-like neighborhood electric vehicle or work vehicle.
- Insight
- This "hybrid" car by Honda is really a gas car with an electric assist. It cannot be driven EVER as a pure electric, and cannot be charged from a plug, but only from the gas engine. Seats 2. Still, it does get great gas mileage.
- Insight & Prius
- This independent site calls itself Insight Central, but it also has a wealth of info on the Prius. An extremely detailed, well-organized, and informative site on both cars.
- Prius
- The Toyota Prius "hybrid" is also an electric assisted gas car that can be charged ONLY by the gas engine. However, it does run in pure electric mode at times, and seats 4 instead of the 2 in the Insight.
- RAV4 EV
- Toyota is the first major manufacturer to offer a fully electric vehicle for sale (not lease) to the American public in wide distribution.
