The front battery box occupies the front trunk and holds 6 batteries. The middle battery box is in the former gas tank area, and holds 3 batteries.

Porsche 914 electric car conversion rear battery pack

The rear battery box occupies the former engine compartment and holds 9 batteries.

Porsche 914 electric car conversion saddlebag battery packs

The two "saddlebag" battery boxes are sunk into the floor of the rear trunk, and hold one battery each. There is still room for the targa top, or a bag of golf clubs.
