Custom Battery Interconnects

Cable Type

These are battery interconnects factory made on order to your specs. They include:

High quality flexible fine strand copper cable: 2/0, #2, or #4. Black is standard, but other colors available by request.
Tin-plated copper cable ends: automotive clamp style ends or flat lugs with 5/16" or 3/8" holes. Other end types may be available, so please inquire with details.
Factory machine crimping of ends onto cables for secure connection
Shrink tube sheathing over crimp to prevent corrosion. Black is standard, but other colors available on request. Can be colorcoded for positive and negative ends.
Personalize your cables! Text ("Property of Joe Smith" or "ZapRabbit" or your choice) can be factory printed on the cable at no extra charge.
We request a minimum order of 20' of cable total for all pieces combined.

Copper Strap Type

These interconnects are built in-house by Electro Automotive. They are suitable for use with 6V or 8V batteries having "L" type posts. They include:

1" wide by 1/16" thick copper strap, cut to length, bent to fit, with ends pre-drilled and deburred for hardware
Shrink tube insulation covering all but contact ends of strap. Black is standard but other colors available by request.
